1. Rewinding Tension Detection System of Slitter:
Tension sensor detection is a direct detection of tension, which is closely combined with machinery and has a detection method of mobile parts. Usually two sensors are paired and mounted on the end axles on both sides of the inspection guide roll. By detecting the applied loads on both sides of the guide roll, the strip displaces or deforms the sensitive elements of the tension sensor, and then detects the actual tension value, and converts the tension data into tension signal and feeds it back to the tension controller.
2. Tension attenuation and tension compensation for reeling and unwinding of slitter
It is generally believed that maintaining constant tension of aluminium foil during rewinding and unwinding is conducive to the performance quality of aluminium foil products, but in fact it is not. The best way is to increase the tension of aluminium foil with the increase of coil diameter or weight, and the smaller the diameter and weight, the lower the tension value. Because there are automatic tension control and manual tension control in slicing operation. Manual tension control requires the operator to adjust continuously according to the diameter and weight of master coil.
